How much funds required to obtain a investment visa in spain,my intention is to start a new business and to get a residence permit in spain, i am a non EU member national.

The immigration regulation doesn’t determine an specific amount of money in order to obtain and investment visa. You must have a realistic business plan, with cash flows and profitability analysis. The idea is that you should prove that your investment will generate enough money to face your personal expenses (food, rent, etc) and of course business expenses.
So you must put your business plan on the table, and show the money you think you will need to make it work. The Authorities will study your plans and will decide if your plan is realistic and if the money that you have is enough or not.
Is not necessary to have the money in cash being equivalent if you have a financing promise from a bank or any financing entity.
Please take into account that this visa doesn’t allow you to work in Spain for someone else.
