Complimentary booth policy: all complimentary booths are matched to the same category as the booked booth. Promotions apply globally across all VIVAVITA Expos events and regions. Contact us to activate multi-booth pricing.
Read this before you book. It applies to every booth category and every VIVAVITA Expos event.
In the event of a postponement, your booth will remain valid and will be automatically transferred to the new event date with the same benefits and access rights.
As the event is postponed and not cancelled, no refund will be provided. The existing ticket remains valid for the rescheduled event.
If a ticket holder is unable to attend, they may request a ticket transfer to another person, or contact the event management team regarding cancellation options. Such requests must be submitted at least 2 days before the event date.
