The Apex System consists of three coordinated components:

The Apex digital ecosystem was funded by Apex Patrons and donated to Alpha Academy (Public Association) as part of its educational and public benefit mission.

The ecosystem forms part of the Apex Business System but is legally held under Alpha Academy as non-profit infrastructure. No profit may be distributed; all surplus must serve the public benefit mission.

Alpha Academy provides ecosystem access to Apex Members and Participants free of charge for educational, cultural, scientific, and professional development purposes.

The Apex Multiverses consist of over 100 interconnected Hubs covering business, innovation, lifestyle, talent, travel, education, sports, arts, culture, and public-benefit sectors.

These Hubs form a distributed platform architecture, connecting industries, markets, and talent across continents. The system emphasizes decentralization, local expertise, and trust-based collaboration.

All Multiverses Hubs connect through the member-operated MySite system. Each Member can generate a personal or professional profile site quickly, easily, and free of charge.

MySite allows Members to publish:

Apex Global Business Services & Solutions (GBS) provide Members and Participants access to professional and specialist services operated by Members within the Multiverses ecosystem.

• Design, Marketing & Branding
• Real Estate & Mobility Advisory
• Travel & Event Concierge

Apex operates as an international Members Club focused on long-term cooperation and trust. Apex is not a public marketplace.

Apex operates its own shopping and marketplace ecosystem via:

Marketplace access is activated through the Member's MySite and allows Members and Participants to buy and sell products and services directly inside the Apex Multiverses ecosystem.

Apex Shopping supports B2B, B2C, and C2C transactions within a Member-centric commercial environment.

Apex operates an Affiliate System enabling Members and Participants to introduce buyers, projects, services, and opportunities to other Members within the Apex Ecosystem.

Affiliates may receive commissions or referral rewards based on successful transactions.

All commercial transactions are conducted directly between Member-Sellers and Member/Participant Buyers. Apex is not the provider of products or services and does not assume liability for Member-operated commerce.

Apex may grant Franchise or Local Operator rights to Members for specific countries, cities, or regions. Franchisees or Local Operators may organize Apex activities, develop local Club participation, and collaborate on Expos, Summits, Shopping, Talent, and Business services.

Franchisees and Operators assume responsibility for compliance in their jurisdictions and act independently. Apex is not liable for local operations, services, or transactions performed by Franchisees or Operators.

Apex Business Group operates the commercial digital advertising component ("Golden Ads System").

Apex Business Group Worldwide S.L./LLC is the event organizer for Apex Master Expos, Tours, Summits, Seminars, Business Conferences, Talent Events, and Marketplace Installations.

In the event of a postponement: Exhibitor booth fees and Visitor tickets remain valid for future Apex events, including different locations or countries, subject to availability.

If an Exhibitor cancels up to 7 days before the event: Fees become a voucher for identical booth size at any future Apex Master Expo (global).

If a Visitor cancels up to 7 days before the event: Ticket may be transferred to another person OR converted into a voucher for a future Apex event.

Exhibitors, visitors, speakers, operators, and participants act on their own responsibility, including their own products, content, demonstrations, performances, materials, presentations, and exhibits.

• Performance failure
• Medical/wellness outcomes
• Travel arrangements

Apex does not provide exhibitor, visitor, equipment, or professional insurance coverage. Exhibitors, experts, and operators are responsible for securing their own:

• Liability insurance
• Equipment & booth insurance
• Product & service insurance
• Professional & performance coverage
• Travel & transport insurance

Apex News is a Member-to-Member media layer accessible via:

Members may publish, update, edit, and delete their own News items directly through their personal MySite interface. News may include project updates, services, events, talent announcements, business information, collaborations, and ecosystem activities.

Members may create Clubs and Groups for professional, sectoral, geographic, cultural, educational, or thematic collaboration. Clubs and Groups enable decentralized community building and cross-border cooperation between Members and Participants.

Apex provides the Paragon Social system via:

Paragon allows Members to post updates, photos, media items, and participate in community chats and discussions. Paragon operates as a Member-generated communication system.

All News, Clubs, Groups, Services, Offers, Ads, Golden Ads, and Profile items are created, managed, and deleted by Members through their personal MySite interface. MySite is a decentralized operating layer enabling Members to manage their own presence inside the Apex Multiverses.

Apex organizes golf tournaments with local golf associations, golf clubs, golf fashion, and manufacturers. The Apex Master Golf Talents Tournament Series focuses on players with handicap up to 10.

The ProAm is held on the final tournament day and integrates talented players, professionals, sponsors, and Members in a festival environment.

No responsibility is assumed for:

• Insurance — responsibility lies with players, clubs, or associations
• Medical, coaching, training, veterinary, or equipment matters
• Sports results, rankings, contracts, or professional outcomes

As per its statutes, Alpha Academy:

• May not distribute profit
• May not grant private benefit
• Supports equal opportunity
• Supports non-discrimination
• Is governed by Spanish association law
• Must allocate surplus to public benefit activities
• May cooperate internationally without territorial limitation

All disputes relating to Apex commercial activities, Alpha Academy public-benefit activities, Apex Members & Participants, Donors & Patrons, Exhibitors & Sponsors, Talent, Travel, Marketplace, Digital Ecosystem, and all destinations and jurisdictions shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration before the Swiss Arbitration Centre.

Zurich is selected as a neutral venue for donors, investors, patrons, foundations, members, and participants.
