The agency was created and is run by retired actors and creatives; we believe this history gives us a winning awareness when it comes to client communication and the high standards of professionalism
we expect between our clients and employers. Our list of agents represent a select number of clients so we can make sure we consistently maintain regular communication with them whilst catering to their needs and nurturing their careers. At ICM we believe that the relationship between agent and client is key to the joint success of the agency and our clients careers.
