nts of unlisted companies. DBAG advises or manages these funds. That means DBAG identifies, analyses and structures investment opportunities. They negotiate investment agreements, support the portfolio companies during the time of their investment and shape the disinvestment process. Their focus is on German Mittelstand companies.
