The Emirates Falconers’ Club recorded its most significant achievement when the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) registered falconry as a living human herita
ge in the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This was thanks to the joint efforts of 11 Arab and foreign countries. Many countries are still joining this largest file in the history of UNESCO, so that falconry can receive universal recognition.
