The National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts (INCAA) is an agency of the Government of Argentina, established on May 14, 1968, responsible for promoting and regulating the cinematographic and
audiovisual industries within Argentina and internationally. It supports Argentine film production through funding and new filmmaker initiatives, and organizes events like the Mar del Plata International Film Festival and Ventana Sur.
